Our tenants will be vacating from our furnished apartment located in Windsor (Melbourne) on the 15th December. We require a an experienced individual to: 1) Meet the outgoing tenants for a handover of keys 2) Undertake a property inspection to assess the cleanliness and any defects 3) Confirm the inventory list and the condition of items 3) Take photos of each room and an overall walkthru video (normal phone camera is fine) 4) List any defects/recommendations to us prior to the new tenants. 5) Confirm the keys (and how many) for access AND on the 16th December meet with the new tenants, handover of keys and complete and inspection report. I’ve just purchased an older house in Sunshine North and I’m looking for some practical guidance on next steps before I start renovating. The main things I’d like your help with are: - Inspect the property head to toe to check obvious issues (water ingress, framing, subfloor if accessible, gutters, drainage etc.). - Look at a potential new bathroom near the existing sunroom. - based on your advicr give me a prioritised list of repairs/works (what’s urgent vs can wait) and rough ballpark costs or ranges so I can plan a staged reno that fits a budget.
