I’m looking for someone based in the Kangaroo Flat / Bendigo area to attend an open house inspection on my behalf this Saturday from 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM and record a detailed video walkthrough of the entire property. I’m an interstate buyer so I need someone who can thoroughly film the property so I can review it properly. Tasks required: • Attend the open inspection between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM • Film a clear walkthrough video of the entire property, including: • Front exterior and street • Living areas • Kitchen • All bedrooms • Bathrooms • Hallways / storage • Laundry • Garage / shed • Backyard and outdoor areas • Please film each room so the condition can be clearly seen. • Zoom in on any visible defects, such as: • Cracks in walls or ceilings • Water stains or mould • Damaged flooring • Peeling paint • Signs of damp or structural issues • Take extra close-up photos or short clips of anything that looks damaged or concerning. • Ask the real estate agent a few questions on my behalf if needed (I will provide these beforehand). After the inspection please send: • The full walkthrough video • Any additional photos/videos of defects Requirements: • Comfortable filming clear videos on your phone • Good attention to detail • Reliable and punctual The inspection should take around 20–30 minutes. I’m offering $150 for this task. This is not including any additional fuel or public transportation costs to commute to the inspection as I’m happy to cover this on top.
