Hello, I need someone very experienced to give me a run through of the pull equipment that I have. I've just bought this house and I'm not sure how a lot of this equipment works and need someone to give me a run-through of it.

I need someone to relay my pool plumbing to (A) remove an old chlorine feeder line that is no long used, (B) to remove an old pool pump that used to dive a polaris pool cleaner, (C) to turn the old polaris inlet into another return, and (D) to replace the 2 stopper values that no longer seem to stop the water when moved to the stop water flow position. All the pipes are above ground so there is no (or very very limited) digging involved.

I want someone to sweep, weed, clean, the whole area around my pool. Including: sweeping up all leaves/ dirt, scrubbing the pavers (not with chemicals) and the timber deck area, pulling up all weeds in narrow garden bed, cleaning outdoor storage tubs x3 (inside and out) and furniture (two mesh recliners and a small resin seating seat), cleaning clear glass pool fencing, taking down fairy lights that have gone a bit rusty, removing all cobwebs etc from decked area roof and roof poles etc. The whole pool area basically to be made to look clean/ spick and span.

Our pool chemicals went out of balance during recent rain and the pool went green. I went to the pool shop and bought the acid, chlorine and flocculant recommended, and now the pool is mostly clear, but there is a substantial quantity of leaves on the bottom. I need someone patient to come and spend the time required to vacuum the leaves, empty the skimmer basket and pump basket, brush down the walls and then vacuum the whole pool surface very thoroughly. Our pump doesn’t have brilliant suction, so it will take some time and patience to do the job properly. Happy to pay for the time, but want someone who will do the job well despite the frustration with equipment. I do this job myself from time to time, so I know it’s possible, but regular pool maintenance people don’t have the time to vacuum the pool thoroughly as part of a standard weekly clean- they just want to get to the next job. No chemicals required for this job - I’m happy to attend to that myself. I just want the pool clean, not necessarily chemically balanced. Price is negotiable, but I need someone who has enough experience to do this without being actively supervised.

Add pool heater to our swimming pool. I'm installing solar panels and hopefully we can use the pool for at least spring, autumn and winter after installing the heater.
