I need someone to professionally remove a window air conditioner unit from an internal wall. After removal, the job will include: • Patching the external brick wall where the unit was installed • Repairing the internal plaster wall, including gyprock or plasterboard as needed • Painting the patched internal area to match the existing wall color. Also, there is a damaged section under the eave near the external brick wall (see second photo). This area will need to be patched with plasterboard or a suitable material and painted to match the surrounding surface. Please bring your own tools and materials. I can buy the brick firstly.The unit is located above a fireplace, as shown in the photo. Access to both sides of the wall is available. This is for a Handyman. I have a wall round mirror that needs to be put up onto a plaster wall and a square mirror that needs to be put up onto another plaster wall. Do not have tools or hooks for this. Both mirrors are not heavy.

Some srew holes and a patch up on a wall were something was removed

Plasterboard above window cracked (<5cm) due to heavy curtain + mishandling during installation. Need to replace/repair plaster at the area shown in pictures. This repair needs to consider the curtain installation, either need to add wood/stud behind the plaster or use reinforced plaster which can hold the curtain. FYI, there’s a stud behind the bottom part of curtain holder so it’s screwed in the stud, but theres nothing behind the top part so we only screwed onto the plaster which caused the problem.

I am looking for a certified person who plasters/ceilings. A corner of my Kitchen ceiling is lowered a bit. The border of the ceiling needs to be lifted and shrew to the ceiling frame. Then need to paster the cracks. This area needs to be painted too.
