Venetian Plaster for 2 walls: 10m2 - 1st wall - 2m x 2m - 2nd wall - 2,5m x 2,5m

There are holes in the wall where the previous owners had cables running through. Need these filled and plastered no painting to be done.

Looking for a skilled handyman or tradesperson to: Remove an existing stair handrail (just over 4 metres in length). Repair the gyprock wall where 3 of the 5 fixings have pulled out. Reattach the handrail securely at all 5 fixing points. The job is at a home in Kirrawee, NSW 2232. The handrail is currently unsafe, so ideally looking for someone who can do this as soon as possible (flexible with days/times). Please bring your own tools and strong fixings/materials suitable for gyprock to ensure the handrail is safely and securely reinstalled. Budget I’ve set the budget at $250 as a guide, which I understand is reasonable for this type of work. Budget is flexible depending on your experience, materials provided, and quality of finish — open to offers.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman or carpenter to construct a wall in our home to section off a new kitchen area. Details: • Build a standard internal wall (timber frame and plasterboard). • The wall will divide the existing open space so that a kitchen can be installed on one side. • Approximate wall size: 2440 H -1860 L • Wall should be ready for painting once completed (plastered and sanded). • Must allow for powerpoints and plumbing access (coordination with our electrician/plumber as needed). Hi, looking for a licensed plasterer to fix the ceiling panels shown in the photo. They had water damage a few months ago from a leak of the aircon unit sits above that ceiling. Leak has been fixed now and ceiling has since been left drying up.

Installation of cornice, setting of pre - installed Gyprock and sanding. Cornice is supplied, will need setting compound etc.

I need a painting hanging on a gyprock wall. Trying to do minimal damage as this is a rental. It will need 2 screws I can line up where they need to be just need someone to come and and drill and put some screws in the two places. The painting is 196 wide
