We are doing a renovation on a house and there’s two small square patches in the roof that need to be fixed and there are two small walls where a wardrobe was removed and we either skim coated or we put new jib up and you finish it and will rely on your expertise to tell us what is the best way to go. We’re not trying to cut corners but we want to save money and be the most efficient and when you have a look at the job or the photos attached you can tell us what you think.

Just looking for someone to replace the Gyprock it’s 2 * 1 meter

Need my entertainment unit flush . No need for painting . Had a crack at it but got other things to do . All materials and tools are provided to complete the job .

Patching two 300mm x 300mm hole in an existing gyprock ceiling using the existing pieces of gyprock. Key Details: Fix timber backing supports behind the hole to secure the new gyprock piece, if needed. Screw the gyprock patch securely into the timber backing. Tape and apply joint compound to all edges, feathering into the existing ceiling. Sand the patched area smooth once dry. Ready the surface for painting to match existing ceiling finish.

I have 4 bedrooms and 1 Corridor that’s require flushing of walls and ceiling + sanding and cornice installed all 5 areas. I have the cornice and cornice cement. I have 1 17kg tub of all purpose compound. Will require more materials that I can supply or you can what ever is easier.

Supply and install plaster board to cover up an external door no longer used. The plaster board would be on the inside. Supply and install skirting board.

We are renovating our laundry and need someone to replaster part of the wall where tiles have been removed and a new pipe has been put in. There is also a small amount of patching to be done around the skirting board area where tiles have been removed. In the first pic, we need the cemented part above the washing machine taps to be plastered over, the exposed pipe between the power points, as well as around the sink taps (not beneath as this wil have cabinetry in front of it so it’s fine as is). The length of that area is 1.3m to give you an idea of size, but obviously it’s not the whole 1.3m that needs to be done. We will tile over this later so doesn’t need to look perfect, just needs to be flat and even. For the floor area, there is maybe 1m length total that needs to be done. I haven’t measured the height but I guess it’s around 20cm.

Dog has scratched the previous paint/plaster on internal brick wall, looking for the replastering of the 4 areas so walls can be repainted.

We need a simple gyprock dividing wall installed in an office to split it into two halves. The size would be approximately 4m wide by 2.5 high (precise measurements and additional photos to follow). Ideally soundproofing insulation to be added as well. It doesn't require a doorway or any electrical/networking cabling.

I am currently moving out of my apartment due to end of lease. There are a few walls which require a bit of plastering due to the nails which i used for the shelves and canvas hanging. The nails need to be removed properly and plastered. The walls also require a coat of existing matching paint to be applied over them. The wall paint needs to be colour matched and purchased cause i don't have it in hand. Please refer to images and notes i have provided.
