Want to install plaster ceiling on my verandah. I just need to have the plaster ceiling up, screwed in, taped and apply first base coat of joint. No need wait to dry, apply second and third coat, sanding and touch up, prime to paint and put up cornices. I'm happy to help carry if needed. It should be a half days job.

Already included/provided: - All internal angles, and metal angle will be applied to corners and roof before you arrive. - Window metal reveal will already be installed - 18KG of Purple Knauf All Purpose PreMix (unopened) - The hallway pictured connected to this room is already completed (and not needed to be included). You are expected to: - Apply base, middle, and top coats, using paper/mesh taping. - Sanding between coats and at the final coat - Ensuring the room is ready for painting

The ceiling plaster on dining room and kitchen ceilings at the property have been affected. The roof is an asbestos super six roof. The ceiling in the dining room has dropped from the bottom of the rafters by 150-250mm in the centre. The ceiling is pulling away from the apex over the kitchen and a large gap/crack is visible. There are no signs of water damage to the ceiling linings or signs of water ingress. The damage has been caused by failed fixings over a long period of time. The approximate affected area is 18-20 m2. There is a temporary make safe in place.

Supply and paint entire bathroom. Antique white & ceiling white. Paint skirting boards, brown mirror frame, door , door trims & window trims, timber header above mirror / shower all white. Plaster / patch under vanity.
