Needing assistance with fixing and painting a gyprock wall

In the corner of the wall, the gyprock is broken. I would like to have as handy man repair that part,better with water proof in it. Happy to discuss the detail. Please see attached photos.

Hi - we cut two holes in the ceiling to investigate leaks from the upstairs area which has now been resolved. I have attached photos. I have a replacement Gyprock board but require someone to install so i have a smooth surface I can repaint.

The bathroom exhaust fan has detached and fallen from the ceiling, resulting in damage to the gyprock. Repairs to the ceiling are required, along with the proper reinstallation of the exhaust fan.

I have 3 large frames to be hung in an apartment. The walls are gyprock and one frame is heavy. Need someone to come and hang them and make sure they have the correct wall mate, or similar of sort to ensure the screws / hold and don’t fall out of the hollow wall. We had a builder cut into our wall to inspect mould (none found) and we have all the right things for patching it up however the almost 1m X 1m slab is only attached to one wooden post and will be uneven if we don’t get it reinforced behind it properly (will require a professional to do just the reinforcing, we can do the patching ourselves as we have the materials already. I imagine it would take a wooden plank or two behind it, some power drilling and done.

I dropped a mobile phone on a kid's mat and it bounce and hit the wall and made a dent on the drywall. I need it fixed. Not sure about budget so the amount I have put there is just a guess.
