Spot repair minor cracks/damage to cornice in areas indicated in photos. Prepare for painting. 4. Partially remove lower sheeting from 1 laundry wall to facilitate minor plumbing and electrical work. Resheet after work completed and prepare for painting. 5. Patch small hole and repair area on adjacent laundry wall in area when built in cupboard has been removed. 6.
