Hi, I need to do partition for my office walls. 9m partition wall in total 15m gyprock panel closing windows for our studio to make light proof. Walls to be painted 50%. Rest will be acoustic panels attached. 2.6m height ceiling. 50 sqm of acoustic panels to be fitted on walls. Steel rail to be placed on ceiling for lights placement. Parramatta location, in office building level 1. Street parking, paid parking and loading zone available. Not a busy street.

I have attached the picture of the damage. It isn't too big but it is affecting my bond. I only want someone to repair the patch, not the whole ceiling or anything. The damage is caused by a tape :( and it's just this patch, nothing more parking can be found around the block, but if required you can park in the parking lot.

We have removed the old Cornice from our unit. We need someone to come and plaster the wall and side of ceiling in and smoothen it out for a smooth and clean finish As we do not want to replace it and leave it bare, it is approximately 100 mil on the wall side and 100 mil on the ceiling side. Total length approximately 35 meters Old cornice will already be removed throughout as well as cleaned up

Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or carpenter to repair some water damage to my floor and wall right outside the bathroom. The water leak has already been fully stopped, so we just need the area repaired and put new floor boards in to make it look good. Materials & Tools: Materials: I have 3 spare floor boards in picture. Please source similar matching flooring/paint. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome.
