Gyprock 6m x 4m outdoor undercover ceiling. Looking to Gyprock over existing ceiling (Fibre Cement panels) due to poor finish of this installation. Need to hide the joins so thought it best to Gyprock over the current ceiling. Install 90mm Cornice to 2 sides of the ceiling.

We have a few tasks that need completing, as outlined below: 1. Plastering and Painting: • There are some minor plastering and patching works required (see attached pictures for details). • Once patched, the areas will need painting. We already have the white paint on hand. 2. TV Wall Mounting: • We would like to have a 50-inch TV securely mounted on the wall. • The mounting bracket will be provided (see attached pictures). A handyman is needed to patch gyprock: 1. Corner of the wall and the gap next to the floor 2. A joint between two gyprock sheets 3. A hole from the old light fixture 4. A hole from the switch plate 5. A hole on the wall which was covered up with plaster 6. Cover a hole between the balcony beams and the wall to block rodents access (a ladder is required)

Need wall and celling done, the area is approximately 145-150 m² with a ceiling height of about 2.7 meters throughout. job may start may 2025 - house not ready yet

Need a small area of gyprock (about 1x1.5m) and skirting board replaced. Gyprock replaced under the power points

Fill gaps between architraves and walls on four windows, get window frames frames ready for painting (fill nail gun marks, gaps on architrave joins/corners), and skim plaster thorn paper on gyprock under windows. Fix small patches on the corner and a ceiling. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 20 December 2023

Plaster a join between lounge and dining room - Due date: Flexible

We have 5 areas which need to be patched. Each image shows 1 area. These include: 2 x ceiling where light fixture has been changed 2 x ceiling square holes approx 25x25cm where exhaust fans have been moved 1 x area on wall where there was investigation into water leak (currently patched up with cardboard) I require these to be patched. The larger areas with Gyprock panel and the smaller in just spac or as you see fit Can be done on one of these dates. We had water damage from or roof and now are ready to have the ceiling fixed. We also have a wall in a bedroom that needs new plaster board to be installed from unfinished renovations.

I need this small section of coving removed then patch plaster (square set) the whole it leaves when it’s removed.

Ceiling above shower to be re-plastered after sheeting removed to investigate leak above. Must be professional plasterer with COVID-safe practices. You will need to provide all materials including 1200mm x 1110mm aqucheck board, 3500mm x 55mm cornice, and all other materials to leave ready to sand & paint.
