My ceiling is textured painted (not popcorn) and it wasn’t done correctly so the paint has bubbled loose and cracked in a lot of places. I’m wanting to get someone to prep the ceiling and skim coat it smooth so I can paint it myself. If you are able ti prime and paint yourself feel free to enter 2 quotes. I’m flexible on timing but I need it done by December. I did begin to do the job and have half completed the small kitchen, still need to complete the connected lounge room.
