Looking for someone to help wth some touch up painting job and a small area need plaster the wall as damaged in the garage, for our rental property

diy attempt went slightly wrong, so we need to pull off one section, gyprock and attach cornish. materials supplied need job done.

3 bedrooms, need to take down white panels, approx 12 of them and then replaster so smooth walls

Water damage to gyprock in wardrobe ceiling approx 1000 x 600mm to be replaced

I need my kitchen walls/area rendered before the new cabinets go in. The left corner where the stove is will need rendering too. Not too phase if only above new cabinets is done as majority will be covered by new U Shaped kitchen. Approx 8-10m2.

I had an existing external store which has a rough type of render, I have now knock a hole through into the store and it is now part of the internals of the house and would like smooth plaster so it looks like it is the same as the finish inside the house. It also requires a ceiling and cornice install. I have included dimensions and photos.

Please provide a quote to plaster over painted brick internal walls in 5 rooms. Please provide cost per square meter.

Installation of edge beading and plastering on top opening of window to make it completely level. It’s about 2m length It is currently roughly level but has some gaps as shown in photos

I need a few plastering jobs done for my renovation prior to engaging a painter (painting will be done separately and is not required for the quote) : - Two internal brick walls plastered over flat like a normal wall. Gyprock and then plastering the cornices etc. for these brick walls would also be good. One is a wall with a cut out as per photo. The second is a half divider wall and both sides need plastering. One of my garage walls seems to keep bobbling probably because of some water ingress. I am currently trying to sell the property and my patching up jobs don’t seem to last - Due date: Before Friday, 23 September 2022

Experienced handyman needed to install a medium sized mirror on a gyprock wall in an hospitality venue.

Installation of plasterboard ceiling, cornices and insulation (already purchased) for living/dining room (~30sqm). Require quote for labour and consumables to install, set, sand to smooth finish. I will arrange my own painting after and lighting installation. - Due date: june 16
