I need a hole in the ceiling plastered where a possum came through.

few places have been cut for finding a water metre. now i will need an access panel and will have to fix these holes and paint over the patch.

Cut out damaged ceiling plasterboard and replace with new plasterboard. Paint to match existing ceiling colour as close as possible.

Wall needs patching and painting.

I have two surfaces (220 x 900 and 500 x 1800) that need to be smoothed in some way so I can paint them. Need to make them consistent with the rest of the porch area. I think the answer is for a renderer to apply a thin coat of smooth cement or some similar product. Happy to negotiate proper price once quote accepted (avoid fees etc.).

there is a hole in the ceiling where the aircon unit went in, need bracket/frame work put in again and plaster/gyprock square put up. hole is about 1.5x1.5m or slightly bigger. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 6 August 2022
