Wanting to create something like the images in new house build. Will be on a wall about 4200mm long (ceilings are 2550mm). TV would be central and 65inches . We have a lot of books and record player with 100+ vinyl records . Would like someone creative who could come up with a design and actually build it - one idea would be book shelves around tv . Another would be record player and vinyls and speakers /amp built into wall. The wall already has a cut out which includes plaster siding down both sides plus a bulk head. Even quotes for just a thick floating bench below tv would be cool *** I have no idea about budget yet so just feeling out what is available

Hi there, I'm looking for the following items to be done at my property. If you're keen, please let me know your earliest availability and price per job item incl. GST. 1. There are gaps formed between the concrete pathway slabs (0.5cm wide) and between the concrete and brick wall (1cm wide) in some sections of my backyard. These need to be filled up with a foam material and then caulked to prevent water ingress and grass growth. 2. My bedroom ceiling needs re-plastering and re-painting in two small sections due to a roof leak. One section has a small crack and the other has a faint discolouration. Hi, just a few small plaster dents and a small door hole that need filling, sanding and paint over to be not noticeable so we get bond back? There's two small knicks, two slight dents and on small hole on a door. I already have the paint to match. Is $200-250 doable? They're very small. Need the first visit to fill the plaster done today or tomorrow. Then finish up Mon/Tue next week.

Accidentally dropped a weight plate and knocked a hole in the wall. Wanting to put up 900 x 450mm MDF (one long strip) to cover the whole wall and need it painted same colour as the rest of the wall. I have the paint just need it painted.. Also have an exercise mat holder that has come out of the wall. Will need to have a look at best options and happy to quote separately.

Paint over 3 internal doors from dog scratches. 2 doors only need 1 side painted and 1 door needs both sides painted. Repair and paint small hole in entrance hall. Hole made by door handle. Replace fly screen in family room door. Paint small spots where paint has come off in pantry.

I have 13 small holes (no larger than a 10c piece) that need to be patched and sanded back. Also a few other spots simply sanded as they have been patched already.
