Hole in a wall needs some plastering

The vertical strips of waterproofing need to be set over and sanded so the bathroom is ready to be painted

- Walls are 2100 x 1800 at about 2400 high - only the shower area and skirting will be tiled, the rest of the villa board will be painted - Square set ceiling - Additionally supply, install, set and sand plasterboard sheet outside of bathroom - 4400 long

We are looking at getting a false ceiling installed to hide popcorn/vermiculite ceiling. The apartment is approximately 66 square metres of internal space. I have a small room that needs gyprock installed on the ceiling and a couple of walls and also needs joints set and taped. Room approx 15m2. Price for labour and I will cover the cost for any material. - Due date: Before Saturday, 4 November 2023

Our place has 45 of these tiny screw holes around wooden frames and doors. Please see the first picture with the coin for reference. The main task is to properly fill the holes, sand back and spot paint matching the same glossy off-white colour. Some holes are grouped together, which makes it easier. The second part would be fixing holes on gyprock. Varying sizes but nothing that fits a finger, see the other pictures. These are in walls that also show a different shade of white due to removed cabinets, so it would involve painting these two discoloured areas to match. They are roughly 140cm x 80cm and 180cm by 115cm. Not sure about budget so please feel free to get back to me with your own quote. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible

Remove sagging section of ceiling and leaving approx 200mm from the cornices. Check existing timber patterns and ad new support and Re sheet section of ceiling with 10mm plasterboard. Set and sand all joints ready to paint. Apply one coat of sealer to the new plaster work. Apply two coats of paint to the entire ceiling and cornices only. Protect floors and furniture with drop sheets. Clean up work area and dispose of all rubbish. About 5m x 2.5m - Due date: Flexible

Gyprocker hole needs repair to surface finish ready for painting by others. Hole size 150 x 120mm and between studs - Due date: Flexible

We have just completed a move and have 4 tv's to hang on plasterboard walls. We have the mounting plates. We would like someone to do this, who has done it before. We would like to use GripIts, which we will buy from bunnings. Need someone who knows how to install, will use a stud finder to avoid hitting cables and studs etc, and will clean up afterwards. - Due date: Before Friday, 6 May 2022
