Experienced plasterer preffered as end result is important for bond release. - had 3 wall mounted TV's - paint rips from 3m tabs as painters never used base coat. - I've repaired crudely a couple already but used gloss, now have he right paint. - a couple of holes from moving and just general clumsiness I don't believe this to be a big job and an experienced plasterer would no doubt knock this over unfortunately although I was aiming to do this myself we are becoming short on time and require the extra help. About three months ago there has been a water leak from the bathroom that has dampened the gyprock on the lower shelf of the linen cupboard behind the bathroom. The water leak was fixed long time back and the photo of affected area was taken more than a month ago which might have dried out more. I’ve attached photos showing the affected area. We have just had the old wardrobes removed and will be having new ones installed on the 26th. This work needs to be complete before then. The affected wardrobes are in 3 rooms. I have some left over paint which you can use from the original build (House is only 2 years old).
