Upstairs bathroom water leaked into my bedroom celling. Leak is repaired however water damaged ceiling. - open to all quotes - damaged ceiling portion is probably only 2 meter squares that needs replacing. Where the damaged portion is there is a fan ventilation system so will need to reinstall that part.The rest of the water damage only needs repriming and painting. - Due date: Flexible
