3 small plaster repair jobs. First one due to dimples in the wall from an exercise ball. Second one where a toilet roll holder has come out of the wall and left a hole, which needs to be reinstalled and patched up. The third one is a small patch up around a hand rail anchor point on the stairwell. Patch up areas then require re-painting.

Patch the gyprock where needed

Setting / plastering of 1 room, and sanding-down ready for painting. Approximately 20m2 wall and 25m2 ceiling, plus a few patches where light switches etc have moved. All materials are here already. My plasterer had to cancel due to work in Canberra. Room will be empty.

New ceiling required for garage to cover existing ceiling Size approx 5m x 2.4m

Internal window (width 75cm, height 55cm) to be covered. Frame to be removed and rendered to blend with plasterboard. No painting required, but must be smooth and ready to paint.

Gyrock repairs as per photos

Install 3 curtain rods to gyprock, ideally locate stud. 9 brackets in total. windows approx 2m to 3m long. Bunnings sets purchased and ready to instal

Replace section of gyprock in living room. And also patch hole. Easy access. Must plaster but sanding not necessary. See photo. Must supply all materials.

Indicative scope: - remove existing skirting boards and cornices - gyprock all exposed brick area (as photographed)- including the arch (we want to keep the arch shape) - apply joint compound and sand for prep for painting - reinstall skirtings and cornices - quote to include materials

We require an experienced plasterer to patch about 25-30 nail sized holes and one slightly larger hole, about 7cm diameter to the standard of the wall. Painting not required. See photos provided. Need to remove plaster rose on ceiling and patch hole. - Due date: Flexible

We require an experienced plasterer to patch up two holes to the standard of the wall. Painting not required. One is on the ceiling and circular (about 10ish cm diameter) and the other is the size of a light switch. See photos attached. The hole for the light switch will require removal of the plastic switch cover that is there temporarily. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 17 October 2023
