I need four existing vents removed and hole plastered.

Plasterboard and patch entrance, lounge, dining and kitchen walls which are brick and wood. Surface area is approximately 30m2 of brick and 32m2 of wood. Replace or repair some sections of wood wall beforehand (see photos) (if preferred, I can have someone else do this part of the job). Remove section of cornice where old pantry was (see photos) and add new cornice to follow wall.

Due to re-design of plumbing for a toilet replacement a section of gyprock wall was removed to allow access. I require an experienced handyman to securely replace the section removed and make good the joins. I require this to be done on Thursday afternoon 12 June or Friday 13 June, or Saturday 14 June.

We have heaps of holes where shelves/pictures were up in an office. There are 10 rooms + hallways that need a few spots in each room. There are also 3 bigger holes that will need patching kits (2 are 10cm x 10cm, the other more like 15cm x 10cm). I imagine it would be approx. 2-3 hours work.

I need this hole patched (hit it with the car) before rental inspection. I can sand and paint but do not have stuff to patch. About 15x30 cm in garage, so repair only needs to be functional.

Remove and dispose of wooden panelling and plasterboard from inside garage and from garage opening (where roller doors would be).

It is possible that they are thin metal ones which are apparently common with new apartment builds, but I am not an expert. I would like someone who has experience with these kind of walls/set ups, and can mount the tv securely. ⚠️I want to avoid only mounting into the plaster as the tv will sit on the same wall as the front door, so impact/vibrations from that opening and closing is a factor I want to consider. ⏱️ preferred time: as this is located in an apartment complex I will avoid drilling outside 7am and 7pm out of consideration for my neighbours. I pulled out a decorative archway in my house and am looking for a plasterer to patch up the roof, wall and replace the cornices. Either next week or from 9-12 April. Welcome quotes. I will do the painting myself so that’s not needed.

We had some water damage to the ceiling after a heavy rain. All the damaged ceiling has been removed. Approximately 6m spare of ceiling to replaced and stopped. The price estimate is just for placement. Price is negotiable.

I'm moving out of my place in Gungahlin and need help with some handyman work. Around 5 small holes / dents in gyprock walls that need to be plastered (not painted). Biggest hole is around 10cm x 2cm and smaller ones are roughly coin sized. Pictures attached. 1 toilet paper holder & 1 towel rack needing installation (already purchased the toilet paper holder & towel rack, just need installation).
