Please give me your hourly rate. Looking for someone handy and trustworthy who can do jobs on the property. Eg, window and door frame painting, plaster repairs, gutter cleaning, etc… looking for an hourly rate. Probably something like a three quarter day a month. Flexible times that fit into your week.

I have a tool trailer (6x4 enclosed) that has some rust spots and faded paint. I am wanting to patch/fix the rust spots and potentially re-paint the whole trailer.
