I’ve got an Olympic village concrete slab house. 2 Bedroom free standing. Old paint is chipping. Need it removed. Seems like there might be multiple coats put on throughout the years. Outer layer is water based and comes off fairly easily with a pressure washer. Older, inner layer must be oil based and is much more stubborn. Not interested in trying it all removed. Update: I’ve been told the owner of this equipment will now take it down next week which we will now await for. If it’s still there by the end of next week (30th May) I’ll go ahead with this task. Thanks for those that have made an offer. Will let you know ASAP. Original Task Description: A tradie left his two plank aluminium scaffolding on our roof just over two years ago. Need someone with a ladder and appropriate PPE such as a safety harness etc. to remove it from our roof and put it on the ground (I.e. no need to take it away) Four planks and four angled brackets that are tec screwed into the roof. I could do this myself and happy to help but don’t have a ladder long enough or a safety harness. The corrugated roof is about 3.5 m high.
