The tenant has reported the following concerns: Oven Light – The light isn’t working despite replacing the globe, indicating it may need a technician’s attention. Rangehood Lights – Have never functioned and require an electrician to replace the light heads. Stovetop Burner – The top right burner only operates on high heat. When adjusting to a lower setting, it clicks as if attempting to ignite. A technician may be needed to inspect and repair it.
