I want my beko oven replaced with Euomaid oven (60cm built in)

When we switch on the oven it trips the RCB want someone to check the cause and replace the element if needed

Our oven doesn't spark at all, it works fine if we light it manually. No clicking at all on any knob so I assume the spark modulator thing is broken. Has never worked since we moved in.
