New Sharp microwave oven - I need the beeper either removed or disabled

Appliances being delivered today and need extra electrical work to be done for install. - Wiring for the dishwasher junction box currently travels through the dishwasher cavity and needs to be moved to ensure it’s not behind the dishwasher after install. - House previously had a freestanding gas cooktop with electric oven. New appliance will likely require new circuit and wiring. The model to be installed is a Westinghouse WFE9546SD. Note - Gas capping already been completed.

Both Oven & Dishwasher not working

The oven temp knob on the outside of our old (most probably from the 80) St George Imperial oven has broken. The outer plastic part of the knob has broken and the metal base of the knob is not reflecting the accurate temp of the oven as even though looking like it's back to zero the oven has been staying on at a low temp. We have turned it off at the fusebox for the time being so it doesn't stay on. So the whole knob likely needs to be replaced either by one of the other knobs to the right of it possibly as they aren't used or a replacement knob that we're not fussed if looks different to the others. Cannot find a serial number on the oven but have provided pics.
