The oven cannot be turned off using the control panel or touchscreen. Pressing the “off” button does not respond. The only way to operate the oven is by switching it on and off at the circuit breaker. The issue started immediately after a disinfectant spray was accidentally used inside the oven while it was operating. Since then, the problem has remained the same for several months without improvement. The control panel lights up, but it does not shut the oven down. I believe the issue may be related to the electronic control board or relay.
