Double gas oven not working need repair

I have a fan force oven the fan works i can hear it but does not warm up i have changed glob but the globe dose nit seem to work either after changing it..

Note: Budget is just an indicator as I obviously am looking for quotes based on a mix of different jobs. I am in need of a handy man to provide the following: 1. Replace the current stove cooktop with a new one (cooktop will be provided) 2. Replace the current double oven with a new single oven (given that its being replaced with a single oven there needs to be some work to close off the gap, e.g. create a shelf) 3. The front security door lock mechanism is fairly new but at times doesn't open properly where the latch doesn't go in all the way and is caught in the wooden door frame preventing the door from being opened It's an a mix bag of jobs and I hope there is someone who fits the bill that can work on them and provide a quote for the 3 items. The oven display and indicator light went out while cooking yesterday and now the oven doesn't heat up properly it just gets a little warm. It is a 30 year old oven 'chef' condor type 075E which used to be serviced by Craig & Seeley Sales Pty Ltd but no longer. Also the rubber seal around the griller door has come loose and I was wondering if you could quote an additional charge for repairing or replacing it.
