The bracket and pole needs to be re-attached to the brickwork to ensure I can pull the outdoor blinds up and down. Both blinds need fixing. Drill and ladder needed - drill bit must be able to drill through bricks

We have an Ezip/Ziptrak motorised outdoor blind covering an upstairs window. It is broken - has come off it's track and/or a part has broken so it won't drop or retract properly. My outdoor blind has come out of the runners and now will not fully close. The canvas also appears to be uneven. The blinds are controlled by a switch inside with three buttons (up, stop, down). When the blinds are fully retracted I can hear the motor still working so need to stop it manually. Usually it automatically stops when fully retracted.
