2015 nissan navara d23 np300 timing chain needs replacing.

I’ve got a 2018 Nissan X-Trail ST-L with a dent on the lower door panel from a parking scrape. The main issue is NOT cosmetic — the lower panel/fender area near the wheel has become slightly loose and moves when driving over bumps. I want this secured and made safe (no rubbing, no movement).
