Find a local network troubleshooter in Outer East Melbourne

We have an opticom/uniti network (NBN) and as well as Optus 4g. Connecting directly is working, but when the network is plugged into the rack which supply network to access points etc it’s not working need this fixed

I have a Cisco network switch that needs to be configured and connected to my ISP router.

Issues with connecting to internet with wifi extenders

Have had Unifi network running for 5 years - including security cameras - now having issue with corrupted cloud key, would also like to optimise set-up - Due date: Flexible

I have a desktop pc and 2 laptops connected to my home network. All have been visible to each other and files on the desktop have been accessed by all machines over a lengthy period. There is an extender used by one of the laptops and the desktop is connected via ethernet. I am replacing the desktop with a new laptop and have added it to the network and, as far as I can see, sharing is set up properly on all machines but I am getting Access Denied messages and I am ready to give up on finding out what is going on. I am looking for someone who understands small home networks like this to sort it all out. Eventually, I will be removing the desktop and the new laptop will act as the central file repository but I need all pcs on the network initially to facilitate transferring files & programs to the new machine. Hi there, we have a business that has 5 PCs connected to a network. We seem to have network issues fairly regularly where the applications we are using slow right down. It seems to happen mostly in the afternoon. Would just like some advice on what we need to do improve our network performance. Is there one PC that’s causing issues? is the network switch the wrong type? Is it something else entirely. Also, we have NBN but have no wifi. Happy to pay an hourly rate. Thanks

Need to optimise home wifi with two satellites.

We have an Optus NBN connection which we use for internet and home phone. We also have a Google Nest Wifi Home Mesh Wi-Fi System with an Extender Point. Finally there is a switch (dumbed down router) in one room that allows networked connections. Currently the Home Wifi is not working consistently through the house, with some rooms not seeing internet via the primary username/password (but the guest account does) Working theory: Google Home has a "Potential security risk found" warning: "It looks like there's an unknown server on your network. This could compromise your connection." Pretty sure this is the switch (dumbed down router) mentioned above. Outcomes desired: Restore home phone use Ensure computers can see each other via the network Ensure the printer can be used via the network Ensure all Google Nest Audios are connected once more
