Charge is per day rate- max 8 hrs work. tile main house areas except bedrooms, so tile lounge kitchen dining hallway. lowest house. I can pay a labourer also to help carry tile to you (from outside driveway on crates to inside to you)- let me know if you have one i can pay, or i will source one for your work days. Need wet saw as natural stone, 60cm x 30 cm, thick. just want done economical instead of crazy tile pattern so easy pattern is fine. tiles already bought waiting. may take few days not sure. photo of floor plan to show rough guide of m2 (all areas to tile except the bedrooms, bathroom, office- so all main areas to tile)

Looking for help with 2 colours of grout 2m x 2.5m floor with natural marble tiles in two colours, most of the floor is 60cm x 60cm, small area KitKat tiles. I already have grout, cleaner and sealant and the tiles are already glued so that does not need to be included in the quote, just labour thanks. Will need some tile glue removed from between some of the tiles and some clean up as tiler who laid the tiles left some mess. Might need to be done over a couple of days because of the cleaning and 2 colours of grout and sealing. The tiles haven’t been layed perfectly so would be great to have someone who will grout them with care in those spots to help correct any unevenness. Keen for someone who can do a careful job that looks beautiful and professional and neat and to leave it clean, sealed and finished. Thanks very much!
