Disappointed with unprofessional service. Had to repeatedly point out missed spots on skirting boards, closets, and walls, even though general sanitisation was clearly specified. Cleaner claimed areas were done, but wiping revealed residue. When I raised concerns, they replied, "Why pay someone if you can do it yourself?" For $70/hr, I expected care and integrity. Service was worse than DIY. Would not recommend.
