Hi there, I need a professional carpet cleaner to remove a single, dried water stain on the carpet right outside the master bedroom en-suite. Details of the stain: Size: Roughly 1m x 1m. Cause: It’s a water mark / cellulosic browning caused by a previous shower leak (clean water). Condition: It is completely dry, NO mold, and NO odor. However, the edge is a bit calcified/hardened and brownish due to the minerals and cellulosic browning. Equipment Requirements (STRICT): You MUST have a professional Hot Water Extraction (HWE) machine with high heat and strong vacuum suction to extract the moisture thoroughly from the underlay. You MUST have a Browning Treatment (for the cellulosic water mark) AND a Rust Treatment (for the dark edge near the tack strip). Please note: Standard portable spot cleaners (like Anko/Bissell) or standard foam sprays will NOT work for this specific mineral stain.
