I’m assuming it’s the steering arm, just need confirmation on what it is and a estimate on how much it will cost to repair, if it’s worth it as it’s a old car used mainly for practicing to drive.

Potentially overheated before as the cooling system has almost no water and the overflow is empty with rusty water stains that have overflowed from the bottle.
