Hello, due to health conditions, I am on a relatively strict diet, which is known as the 'Bi Phasic SIBO diet'. I am looking for someone who can prepare the following meals for me each week. This would include sourcing the ingredients, which I am happy to pay for, or if not I am able to do so myself as I live close to a fresh food market and have them ready for you to collect with all the containers to then prep them in your own kitchen and drop back. Due to dietary restrictions, a lot of the food is required to be snap-frozen once made up, so the aim would be to collect and add straight into my freezer. This will be an ongoing weekly arrangement for at least the next 3 months for those interested, with the possibility of longer. Each week I would be looking at the following: - 7 x breakfasts - eggs, hashbrowns, rocket - 7 x lunches - various recipes I have on deck, but it is generally quite simple - 7 x smoothies (recipe on hand for it) - 7 x afternoon snacks (recipe on hand for it) - 7 x dinners The fee is negotiable and is listed only using your labour as I will pay for all the ingredients.
