Locked out of secure apartment.

Hi, I require either a carpenter, door installer, or locksmith to make an alteration to allow a latch to fit inside the strike hole again. The lock itself appears to work in that the key locks and unlocks the handle and latch of the lock, but the gate door won't ever lock. Looking closely, the latch doesn't sit inside the hole anymore and hits above it, due to a misalingment. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest. The backdoor autolock is not lined up properly. The latch bolt is not lined up with the latch plate. Need re-alignment done.

I lost the key to my 2008 Volkswagen Golf and have no spare key. I need a new key cut for the ignition and reprogrammed for the remote lock/unlock function.

Sliding window lock mechanism seems to have come off, is there a way to fix the existing one or does it need replacement?

Front door lock has become stuck / difficult to open. Needs to be replaced or fixed. Works not urgent (have access to home still) just either 14/15th June

The front door lock of the apartment works from the outside but when inside and you turn the lock it just keeps spinning around and doesn’t catch to be able to secure the door.

I need a locksmith to help with two tasks at my home. 1) To replace the cylinder in a door lock, and to provide a new key for that cylinder. So that it can be locked by a new key (lock is pictured. Ideally we can keep the lock, just replace the cylinder) 2) To help improve how one of my other doors closes and locks at the moment. (From time to time it semi closes but doesn't fully lock. Interested in whether there's anything we can do to solve that problem). I can provide photos of this door and lock if helpful.

Repair front secure Door and lock

The lock on our main door seems to be misaligned. The door itself is fine, but it’s very difficult to open or lock properly. It looks like the latch isn’t lining up with the strike plate. We need someone to assess and fix the alignment.

Need the lock fixed and the mesh reattached. The lock is faulty and once in the locked position gets stuck. I'd really prefer to 'disarm' the lock. And reattach the mesh.
