I want someone who can fit permanent LED decorative lights around the house. I have multi storey house (see attached photo), and I have LED decorative light with us, LED decorative for first floor around the house.

I want to have someone to install a pendant light to my kitchen but it does not have any existing wires or light on top of my bench top.

I need the current light fitting removed and replaced with a new light fitting I have purchased. Both lights are hard wired in so I need a certified electrician.
