Need a Milkcan style letterbox installed at front of property. Require removal of the old concrete (50 cm deep, 50 X 50 approx), then re-concreting area. Holes then need to be drilled and the box secured with Dynabolts (4). I can provide the concrete and Dynabolts. Have a drill and masonary bit if needed. Picture is of same box, but not the area.

Over time, brick letterbox has had the mortar worn away mostly at the top and was leaking a bit into the letters Silicon was put in in as a temp measure probably 5-10 years ago but looks pretty bad. Need mortar to be added to the gaps mostly at the top but a bit on the sides too where necessary and then once dry maybe a day or 2 later have it sealed. May need some WD-40 or mentholated spirits to remove the silicon too. Should a pretty simple job for a handyman

The original base of the letterbox has disintegrated and the flap at the front is long gone. We need a solution to this tricky situation. I have purchased another letterbox (pictured) which could be attached above the existing pillar, but then how does one close up the current hole?! Looking for ideas- thanks
