Seeking someone to mow lawn. Quite a large back yard (I’m bad with guessing spaces but I’d say it’s about 200 square metres at least) with grass growing very quickly. Although large, it is completely flat and not many obstacles in the way. There is also a front yard that needs mowing but that is a very small area and grass barely grows there. About 3-4 small shrubs could do with a trim. Ideally help pluck a small amount of weeds from the front yard. Ideally have whipper snipper that can clear up other areas near trees etc If this job goes well, will take on as a permanent gardener to help with future tasks as I am eventually seeking a long term arrangement.
