What’s included with your lawn mowing service?

A standard lawn mowing service involves cutting the grass to between 5-10 cms (2”- 4”), normally using a petrol lawnmower. Lawn mowing contractors will usually bring their own equipment, plus bags to take the rubbish away. If you have a large garden or acreage, a ride on mower might be required, so make sure you specify the size of the area in your post.

Edging and whipper snipping

Lawn mowing professionals will have a whipper snipper (and other tools) to give your lawn sharp edges and stop your grass from growing onto the footpath or curbs. They’ll also clean around garden beds, trees, and features for a clean, professional finish.

Rubbish removal

Your gardener may use a leaf blower or broom to remove cut grass from the pathways and edges to leave a clear surface. Mowing front and back of house. Grass at back is quite long. There is also a tree at the back which is very overgrown and is now impacting the hills hoist clothesline. Happy for it to be pruned back as much as needed. Trimming hedges on both sides at front left side of the house Weeding both sides of the house. One side the weeds are very high and cover most of the side of the house. Possibly looking at weed spraying but am happy with just removing them. Our green bin is already very full so we will need a means to remove the green waste. We have a lawn mower but I definitely don't think it would hack this kind of job. Would need to supply your own. Would also need to supply own grass and hedge trimmers. We have pruning shears you are welcome to use. Would suggest long pants, enclosed shoes, sturdy garden gloves particularly for the weeds. This may need more than one person.

Have rebooked Brent because his quality of work is so good. Really pleased once again, our garden and outside areas are mowed/trimmed/sprayed and the edges perfectly trimmed. Also so clean, not a speck of green matter left! Would rebook again and would highly recommend Brent
