Hi everyone, I need a comprehensive lawn mowing and heavy weed clearing service for a vacant single-storey house. The grass and weeds are very tall, overgrown, and dried out in some areas, covering both the backyard and the narrow side path next to the house. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. There is NO electricity and NO water connected at the property. You must bring your own petrol-powered equipment (lawn mower, heavy-duty brush cutter/whipper snipper). 2. There is NO green bin on-site. You will need to collect, load, and completely dispose of all green waste (grass clippings and tall weeds) off the property. Scope of work includes: • Mow the entire backyard lawn area. • Clear and cut down all the tall, overgrown weeds and dry grass along the side path. • Trimming and edging along all fences. • Rake, clean up, and remove all green waste from the site.
