Need lawn mowing, weeding and cutting over grown shrubs. No pesticide spraying

Whpper Snip 10 x 3m No clean up , just Snip

I want to roughly halve the size of this garden bed, replacing sleepers with a brick edge and turfing the rest. Can either quote on the full job or just soil removal. Current dimensions are approx 2mx5m. Soil needs to be level to lawn, and is currently 10-20cm above. So maybe 1-2 cubic metres of soil to go. May also want to remove the green planter and soil (approx 2x1m, 50cm deep). If quoting on the full job, brick edge would need to match as in other places. I can organise planting. Questions welcome! Timeframe is flexible. Rear lane access fits a Ute or small truck and is only a few metres from the garden bed.

Courtyard requires turf to be laid (approximately 25 sqm, possibly slightly less). We would like to use Sir Walter Buffalo turf. The existing surface is weeds and dirt that will need to be taken away. The job must include soil preparation to approximately 100 mm depth before turf is laid, with the area graded away from the building to ensure proper drainage, as the previous lawn was incorrectly sloped toward the building. We also have stakes and mes that we would like installed around the lawn area to prevent our dog accessing the turf.

We have a small area of artificial turf in our backyard which we would like removed. There is concrete underneath that also needs to be broken up and removed.
