Hi, I need a hip replacement and need a specific training plan for strength training for pre op to put me in the best position for surgery recovery. Also wanting a meal plan written for me (not some basic ideas). I’ve also had gastric sleeve surgery so I need a small portion diet. Might be asking too much but need someone who understands the exercises required for strengthening around the hip and also who understands a bariatric diet. Wanting someone to come out and assess my hip mobility before putting training plan together as it’s limited and there are some exercises I physically cannot do. Don’t have time to go see specialists hence wanting someone to come to me of an evening. The assessment would be a 1 off as would the plans. I have a gym In my apartment building if that matters.
