I need the rocks/rubble pieces to be removed and the black mulch debris on the front verge (marked below) and on the one on the window also taken away ensuring sand levels are kept at 30mm beneath the paving and foot path to ready for landscaping. I am looking for a landscape designer to provide me with a CAD drawing to scale with details of materials and plants for my house. I need the plans for the sides of my house and my backyard. It is not a big space and the total area would be about 90 Sqm. I want maximum utilisation of the space with plants, veggie patch, small patio, dog kennel and an exercising area with a couple of gym equipments.

I would like to lay some deck tiles down. But I will need the ground level before I lay down the weed mat and tiles. Some sand will need to be removed and the ground might need to be able to drain off to the grass.
