Hi, I’m looking for someone to do landscaping for both the front and backyard of my property. Scope of Work: Level and smooth out the land in the front yard (~20m x 15m) and backyard (~10m x 10m). Remove or tidy up around 5–6 existing tree stems (see attached photos). Slightly incline the surface so that water drains properly — • Front yard: slope towards the road • Backyard: slope towards the end of the yard Install new lawn (preferably low-maintenance grass). Add a vegetable garden divider along the back walls, approx. 1m wide. Level and clean up the sidewalk areas around the house. Optional / Separate Quote: Build a front fence with an automatic roller door and one entry gate (happy to do this as a separate quote if needed). I'd like part of my yard excavated with new soil (that I can provide) laid down so I can add plants and rocks instead of the weedy lawn that I have currently. The area is approximately 20x18m Please provide quotes as I'm not really sure how much this should cost

I live in a double-storey house, and the gutters on the top level are blocked with leaves. I need someone experienced and confident working at heights to safely access the roof and remove all the leaves/debris from the gutters so water can flow freely.

Trim Hedging along driveway, front yard, trim bamboo trees around the pool. Clear dead leaves on the floor and backyard and all around the house.
