Looking for a landscaping team for a full property soft landscape package for a new-build house. The backyard features an easement corner with a stormwater manhole pit. CRUCIAL ACCESS NOTE: Side path is heavily restricted by a 3000L water tank, leaving an ultra-tight bottleneck of only 200mm–300mm clearance. STRICTLY NO WHEELED/TRACKED MACHINERY CAN FIT PAST (no Dingos/Kangas). Fences are permanent. All backyard clay prep and soil delivery must use tight-access methods (e.g., walk-behind mini-tillers/soil blower truck hose from the driveway). Scope of Work: REAR YARD CLAY PREP & TURF: In accordance with attached builder specs, deep-rip/cultivate existing clay to 300mm using a hand tiller/clay spade and treat with gypsum. Level out a flat upper lawn zone (12.5m wide x 3m deep) directly off the alfresco. TIMBER BORDER: Install a single-sleeper high structural timber retaining edge (approx 200mm high) running a straight 12.5m line fence-to-fence to lock in the upper flat lawn. TURF: Supply and install a min 150mm layer of imported premium topsoil underlay and fresh Sir Walter Buffalo turf across the 12.5m x 3m zone. REMOVABLE CORNER DECK: Build a low-profile, free-standing timber deck platform (approx 1.5m x 1.5m) directly over the low-corner stormwater pit to eliminate a fall hazard for small kids. Must sit on free-standing supports (not concreted) and include an integrated hinged trapdoor/hatch right over the iron grate for council access. Frame lower garden zone neatly around this cutout with short sleeper walls for future veggie planting. SIDE PASSAGES: Clear surface clay, lay heavy-duty commercial weed mat, install charcoal concrete stepping stones, and fill with 20mm–40mm decorative river pebbles. FRONT YARD: Clear weeds, prep soil, and install fresh Sir Walter Buffalo turf flush with the driveway/footpath. Fences already feature built-in structural timber plinths at the base.

Extend pathway to council footpath (dig up grass and replace with pebbles and paver). Remove existing pebbles/rocks and put new fresh snow white pebbles. Add x1 paver to walk on Extend grey bricks for sides to council walkway

Scope of work: •⁠ ⁠Remove existing soil from garden wall • Supply and install AGI drainage pipe(i have pipe) • Surround drainage pipe with 20 mm blue metal drainage aggregate • Create suitable weep holes in the wall for water discharge away from fence • Supply and install support posts to retain soil independently of fence • Posts to be galvanised steel H-posts or treated hardwood H4 rating or higher • Set posts in concrete footings minimum 300 mm diameter • Install hardwood/timber sleepers fixed to posts (fence must not bear soil load) with sleeper size 200 mm high x 75 mm thick • Compact backfill the soil into wall • Ensure final structure prevents soil pressure on fence • Remove all construction waste • Leave work area clean and tidy after completion

Footing, Retaining wall and dirt to be dug out using machine, truck or bin to remove.

We need landscaping for new house

Need to remove current soil (500 mm deep digging is required) and fill the trench with garden mix and mulch for new plants. Details are in the attached photos. Skip bin will be provided and a wheelbarrow is also available.

Raised garden (35cm) using two rows of 18cm height cream colour eziwall or equivalent blocks. Material including blocks, underlaying plastic, drainage pipe and quality garden soil need to be supplied by you. Back of the garden need to be covered by h4 slipper up to 35cm as well.
