Need a 140m2 area prepped for lawn, paving, limestone wall and fencing to be installed. Small wall will also need to be removed

Remove thin pavers with crowbar. A trench will be dug separately to this job to aid in building and strengthen a 14.1m long retaining wall with limestone blocks to allow cars to park on a flat bit. The weight is about 75tonnes on it from 14.1*3.7m of dirt and the current wall is 900mm high when you dig down. Do I need one or two blocks of linestone to safely park on it and to strengthen the existing wall? Is there a cheaper way of doing it rather than limestone blocks?

Need this cracked dust relocated and spread to the new turf area. 4x7m area. Tools provided.
