Construct a 2 step timber sleeper retaining wall in front of an existing one with steps in the middle. See plan attached for rough dimensions. First level approx. 300mm down, second level another 300mm down and GL another 300mm down.

Thought of doing stone wall or open to suggestions

We need our garden beds, verge and path weeded and mulch spread across the areas. There is 2 cubic metres of mulch to spread (about three trailer loads). We are preparing garden to sell house. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 6 September 2022

Remove weeds from front garden beds and remulch. Garden beds are half a meter wide along the boundary fence and house.
