We are selling our house and need to do a general front and back yard tidy up. Have already had people here doing work the last week. Lawn mower garden weeding - Due date: Flexible

My lawnmowing man is sick and I have a rent inspection on 4th August. It usually takes him less than 3 hrs to do everything - mow the lawn and clear leaves and (sometimes weeds - negotiable) from paving and garden beds. It's not a huge job, I could do it myself but I don't have the equipment. I've set the price based on my current guys price plus some extra since it's short notice. Require someone to clean and tidy around the side of our workshop. Whipper snipper/ weed and weed spray. Cut down bush - Drill some holes in tree stump and poison. Generally make the area accessible.
