Shovel the soil and dirt on rocky side of house and pile up on a spot in the backyard. The purpose is for later partial cementing and jackhammering to improve water flow to the backyard and away from the house foundations. The area is about 1m x 8m’s. Not sure how long it will take but I am guessing 1-2 hours. If it takes longer than 2 hours fee will increase proportionally. 2.2m x 2.2 m x 100mm, reinforced concrete slab for a spa laid close to flush with ground. Spa is 2mx2m so will cover most of the slab. Ground is relatively level, soil is sandy and so I'm expecting that roadbase/sand needed under the slab. Access to the backyard is via rare street access. 2 steps down into yard, rear gate should be good enough for wheel barrow access (see pictures). Electricals are going in next week and so would like to have the slab laid end of next week or start of the following. N.B This is readvertising a job that has been scoped down. - Due date: Flexible
