I am looking for a labourer to level our backyard in preparation for grass and reticulation install. We have just completed our renovation so the backyard is a bit messy and sandy. I have been told by our builder that the land is quite level, just needs some tidying up. I'd ideally like a labourer who has some experience and has levelled a backyard for a grass install before. Garden at front, side and back of house needs to be revamped in preparation for sale, with total garden area shown roughly on plans. Current condition planting wise is similar to photos, however it is in need of some TLC as it has some weed growth over the past 1-2 months and it has not been mulched in a long time. Looking for strong bloke to lay 2.5cbm of top soil over about 300 sqm of flat garden . I have ordered 2.5 cbm of top soil for 4 Sep which will be dropped in a pile on the verge. The job involves shovelling the top soil into a wheelbarrow and wheelbarrowing loads of top soil and raking it about over new grass seeds. The back garden is 20m x 10m and the front garden is about 20m x 5m.
